Etiquette
Every professional you find working at Bloom Studios is independent. What’s different about our business model is that the checkout and payment system is streamlined for our guests so that, no matter how many services you receive during your visit, you still only have to pay once. Don’t let that fool you, though. Your professional still receives 100% of what you are being charged for services.
Pre-Booking
We will always work to accommodate walk-ins, however, to ensure that you get the specific service and professional you desire, we recommend that you pre-book all of your appointments. This can be done through our web site, through Facebook, or by contacting our professionals directly.
Your credit or debit card will not be charged until your service is completed. Entering in your payment information will only hold your appointment in our system.
Late Arrivals
The world is impossible to predict but we will not always be able to accommodate arrivals that are more than 15 minutes late. Just to be safe, please plan to arrive at least five to ten minutes early. A courtesy call or text directly to your professional would be appreciated.
Cancellations
For cancellations, please provide at least 24 hours notice. As a courtesy to our independent professionals, please notify the professional you are booked with directly that you can no longer make your appointment time.
Cancellations can also be done online here if you have an online account set up with Bloom Studios.
Payment
For payment, Bloom Studios accepts Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover and cash. No personal checks, please.
Other
All liability for quality of service is with each professional. Bloom Studios is not responsible for lost or stolen articles. Due to Arizona Cosmetology Board regulations, pets are not allowed in the salon.
